1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the websites and services operated by American Criminal Justice Consulting Group, including Public Defender Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site, creating an account, or buying a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

 

2. We are not a law firm

American Criminal Justice Consulting Group, d.b.a. Public Defender Solutions is not a law firm, is not staffed by licensed attorneys, does not provide legal services, does not provide legal advice, and is not the equivalent of, or a substitute for, the services of a licensed attorney. Using this site, buying a membership, or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Anything you send us is not protected by attorney-client privilege. All questions related to legal matters, including possible defense strategy, should be directed to your Public Defender or licensed attorney.

 

3. Information only, with no guarantee of results

Everything on this site is general information meant to help defendants and their supporters manage the attorney-client relationship. It may not reflect the current law, and it may not apply to your state, your court, or the facts of your case. We do not promise or guarantee any outcome in any case.

 

4. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a membership. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your password private, and to be responsible for activity on your account. A membership is for one person and may not be shared or resold.

 

5. Membership and payment

A Public Defender Solutions membership gives you access to member content for the period shown at checkout, currently six months for $695. Prices may change for future purchases. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full card number.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, share, or sell member content; not to use the site for anything unlawful; not to try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site; and not to post or send anything false, threatening, or harmful.

 

7. Our content

The text, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials on this site belong to American Criminal Justice Consulting Group or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view them for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other use is allowed without our written permission.

 

8. Messages you send us

Please do not send confidential details about your case through this site. We are not your attorney, and what you send is not privileged.

 

9. Links to other sites

This site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

 

10. No warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

 

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, American Criminal Justice Consulting Group and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

 

12. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

 

13. Governing law
